In-Person Registration Entitlements
- Admission to all sessions from Tuesday 3rd to Friday 6th September 2024, which can viewed either in-person at the Adelaide Convention Centre or online
- Access to all concurrent sessions for Nurses, Dietitians and Medical Practitioners on Friday 6th September 2024
- Access to all sessions on Tuesday 3rd September 2024 either in-person or online (live-streamed)
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily in the Exhibition Hall
- Ticket to the Welcome Reception held on Wednesday 4th September
- Opportunity to purchase a Conference Gala Dinner ticket
- Access to on-demand content for 6 months after the event
Virtual Registration Entitlements

Terms and Conditions
Early Bird registrations must be paid in full by 3rd July 2023 in order to receive the early bird registration rate. ASCIA membership must be current when registering to obtain ASCIA member discount. Only medical practitioners, other health professionals, scientists and students (medical or health science) can register for the ASCIA Conference
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deadline 5th July 2023 Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for in-person registrations made by 5th July 2023 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. There will be no refunds for Virtual registrations. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
